Shipping and Delivery
We cannot guarantee a specific delivery time but we fill and dispatch all orders as soon as possible and standard delivery is within 3 to 5 work days.
Shipping is free for orders $100 and over, for delivery within Australia.
For orders under $100 shipping is a flate rate of $9 for delivery within Australia.
For international orders please contact us for a quote.
Returns Policy
We are confident you will love our products and enjoy your shopping experience with us, but if something goes wrong, we want to know.
If the product delivered is not what you ordered, or is damaged on arrival, Little Tree Organics Pty Ltd will replace the product with the correct order including the shipping charges. Simply contact us and we will explain how to return the incorrect product at our expense so we can get your replacement order to you. Please note, you need to return the product within 14 days, calculated from the receipt of goods date.
It is important to note we do not exchange or refund on ‘change of mind’.
Please ensure to enter the correct delivery address details when placing your order. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you within 2 working days of order placement and organise your choice of a refund or product substitution.
If a product you ordered is out of stock, prior to packing your order, we will contact you to determine if you want a replacement item and if you want the rest of the order dispatched.
